in January of 1998 by six enterprises, namely,
Zhejiang Hangmin Industrial Group Company
(the main initiator), Wanxiang Group Company,
Hangzhou Steel Group Company, Shunde Gold
Textiles Group Company (now renamed to Foshan
Shunde Gold Textiles Group Co., Ltd.), Shanghai
No.2 Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (now Pacific
Electromechanical Group Company), and State-owned
Shaoyang No.2 Textile Machinery Plant. The
company has a registered capital of RMB
200 million.

The Company
comes out top continuously for many years
in the list of "Top ten enterprises"
appraised by China Printing and Dyeing Industry
Association. Multiple-fibre blending fabric,
high-imitation fabric, and printing fabric
of "Feihang" brand enjoy a high
reputation in market.

Since
its foundation, the Company has paid great
attention to the innovation of system, technique
and management to expand and strengthen
its main business. Thus a steady and effective
industrial chain dominated by printing and
dyeing, associated by thermal power, weaving
and dye development is formed. With strong
advantage in scale and competition, the
company annually prints and dyes the fabric
cloth of 400 million meters, weaves the
cloth of 8.5 million meters, produces dyes
of 8,000 tons, provides electricity of 170
million KWH and gas of 1.30 million tons.
